These industrial parks are conveniently located adjacent to Highways E & 13 and are within 4 miles of the Municipal Airport. The commission is a cooperative venture of Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Iron, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor, and Washburn Counties and the tribal nations of Bad River, Lac Courte Oreilles, Lac du Flambeau, Red Cliff, and St. Croix. The NWRPC operates four different loan funds: the Northwest Wisconsin Regional Economic Development Fund, the Northwest Wisconsin Business Development Corp., the Wisconsin Business Innovation Corp. Intermediary Relending Loan Fund, and the NWRPC SBA Micro Loan Revolving Loan Fund.
